Police / EMS Clothing - Developer Extras

WHAT IS THIS?

This is not a resource! The files within these folders are intended for 3D Dev use. They are intended to be used if you want to make custom additions such as 3D patches, rank decals, pins, etc. Included are cut outs of the mesh in areas where these would be commonly used. These will be helpful to match the positions of the otherwise encrypted files.
